Fantastic experience
I would highly recommend First4car! After looking around some other used car dealerships and feeling deflated and stressed due to cars either not being open to look inside or even have prices on them, I found First4car on Google and they had a large selection to offer. I was greated by Leah who is so lovely! She let me walk around with my family on our own and was helpful when needed and even brought us drinks. The cars are open to look in and priced up too so that helped. I test drove 3 cars and picked the perfect one for our family. I was able to pick it up the next day and it had been fully valeted. Its only been one day but so far we are loving our new car! It's reassuring to have a fresh MOT, AA assistance and warranty for a full year too. Thanks so much! When it's time for a new car we will definitely be back here.

From the moment that I first contacted Ben at First4car it was a great experience! Very friendly service with help and advice along the way. No 'pushy car salesman' stuff with all questions, queries and requests dealt with efficiently. To top it all the car is fantastic.....the dream is now on the driveway! The place to go for used cars of quality.
A pleasure to deal with and takes all the hassle out of buying a used car. Ben is helpful but not pushy, as for the full valet on collection,wow, looks and feels brand new. Would definitely recommend here especially if you are not mechanically minded but need peace of mind.

100% class service from the team
The service level from First 4 cars Pudsey was first class from looking at the range of vehicles, no pushy sales teams and when we did need advice Ben * Personal information removed by Feefo * was fully available to answer all our questions. The sale was carried out without any issues and the support we received was 1st class, we were impressed by the customer service given to us and made welcome always when we raised any questions in relation to the purchase, the part exchange of our vehicle was seem less and overall we could not be happier with Ben and his team.
