Responded to my contact quickly and was very helpful. The car had only been with them a few days when we viewed so hadn't been fully cleaned. We were able to look round the car on our own with no pressure. Test drive done alone also. Luke was polite and accommodating, knowledgeable and not pushy. The car had some mot left but a new 12 month mot was done. On collection today all niggles appear to have been sorted and we are happy with the car so far. We would have preferred to pay the balance via card payment on the day of collection, rather than bank transfer 24 hours before collection, but thats how it is. I would use again and will recommend. Thank you.
