We were quite nervous to buy another car after having a really bad experience with our car bought from the big dealer chain, Cazoo. However, we found the service at First4Cars really put us at ease. Leah wasn't pushy at all, was really understanding and encouraged us to ask questions as much as we'd like. The car we were interested in was in immaculate condition, with full service history and we were able to take it away ourselves for a test drive. Leah was really helpful throughout and made the whole process entirely stress-free. After buying the car, we drove it away and after a while the tpms light came up on the dash. We took it back to the garage at 5:30pm in the evening and they immediately took it in to check it and reset it (just needed resetting). The aftercare says a lot about a company - the whole team at First4Cars are really friendly and approachable. We love our new car and will definitely be going there for future cars - always better to shop local! Highly recommend!
