Excellent Customer Service Awards

While we are recognised by our peers in the automotive industry, we are also commended by the local community too. We are a proud member of the West Yorkshire Trading Standards scheme, which introduced the Motor Trade Partnership back in 2001. 

As such, we are audited regularly to ensure that we are committed to fair and honest practices. The Motor Trade Partnership runs the Excellent Customer Service Awards every year, which we have been awarded for seven years since 2016, with the latest award being for 2023. We are just awaiting the results for 2024.

Transport For London

Cars need to meet minimum emission standards when travelling in the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) or the daily charge must be paid.

Minimum emission standards

Petrol: Euro 4
Diesel: Euro 6

The ULEZ will be enforced based on the declared emissions of the vehicle rather than the age. However:
